With it, unloading the big ego becomes much more convenient thanks to the ability to close the container at the right moment. Using it allows you to eliminate the awakening and use the Big Bag repeatedly. The operator himself determines the amount and speed of unloading the contents of the bag. As an option, it is possible to use a flexible guide sleeve for directional unloading in hard-to-reach places and to protect the wind flow.

The sequence of work is to lift the Big Bag with the bulk product by lifting equipment - with the help of a metal latch , open the clamp located on the device body, insert the lower part of the discharge valve of the Big Bag between the collar and the body. Fix the collar with a latch, untie the tightening rope on the Big Bag valve. If necessary, attach the guide sleeve using bolted connections. Carry out dosed unloading of the product. Disconnect the guide sleeve and drop the container onto the ground or a specialized storage table.

The use of this valve allows you to reduce losses during the unloading of seed material, fertilizers, as well as any bulk materials in the conditions of the field or storage area.

Ease of operation and permissible unloading weight, 1500 kg; the throughput of the valve is 150-400 kg/min (depending on the density of the material)., allows you to reduce the time for unloading, control and manage the flow of bulk material.

Additionally, at the request of the customer, the valve can be equipped with a flow direction system.
