BIG BAG STEAM DISPENSER is a simple, compact, efficient manual device that is used for controlled partial or complete unloading of flexible containers (big bags) with granular, free-flowing, as well as fine-grained materials. With it, the unloading of big egs becomes much more convenient due to the ability to close the container at the right time. Use allows you to exclude waking up and reuse Big Bag. The operator himself determines the quantity and speed of unloading the contents of the big bag. As an option, it is possible to use a flexible guide sleeve for directional unloading in hard-to-reach places and to protect the wind flow.

The sequence of work is to lift the Big Bag with bulk product by lifting equipment - using a metal latch, open the clamp located on the device body, fill the lower part of the Big Bag unloading valve between the clamp and the body. Fix the clamp with a latch, untie the tightening rope on the Big Bag valve. If necessary, attach the guide sleeve using bolted connections. Carry out a dosed unloading of the product. Disconnect the guide sleeve and release the container to the ground or a dedicated storage table.
The use of this valve allows you to reduce losses when unloading seeds, fertilizers, as well as any bulk materials in a field or storage area.
Simplicity of work and admissible weight of unloading, 1500 kg; valve capacity 150-400 kg / min (depending on the density of the material), allows you to reduce the time for unloading, control and manage the flow of bulk material.
