Big-bag - a bag for packing bulk and soft goods. Such containers are convenient for transportation , storage, lifting and moving, stacking and unpacking various products .  

For the production of containers , a polypropylene fabric is used, which has high strength, resistance to wear and mildew, and low weight. With a weight of up to 1.5 kg, the package has a carrying capacity from 300 kg to 3 tons.  

Design features

The big bag consists of a high-strength body with a soft top in the form of a skirt assembly, a hatch valve, and a lid. Models with a fully open top are available. Additionally, the bags can be equipped with a lower hatch-valve for easy unloading using a dispenser.  

For ease of transfer, the container is equipped with two lifting loops, which are a continuation of the bag.  

Optionally, the bags are equipped with a moisture-proof liner to protect the cargo from external environments, as well as a foil lining to prevent the products from being affected by temperatures. It is possible to add a pocket for accompanying documentation to the cargo.  

Scope of application

Big bags are used for packing and transporting :  

·          sand, crushed stone, cement, marble and granite chips, expanded clay and other building materials;

·          sawdust and coal;

·          coagulants, mineral fertilizers, sulfur, phosphorus, soda and other products of the chemical industry;

·          grain, feed, cereals, seeds and other agricultural products;

·          granulated sugar, flour, cereals, salt and other products for food production;

·          oil and mining products.
